Our Products
In order to produce consistent, high quality tomato paste, Los Gatos utilizes dual-process aseptic systems. Tomatoes are processed to meet customers’ specifications regarding chemical, physical, microbiological, micro analytical, etc.
Our paste is produced in accordance with the Good Manufacturing Practices. Raw materials conform in every respect to the provisions set forth under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and meet the standards established by the USDA and the California Department of Food and Agriculture.
