Agricultural Statistics Service (CASS) located in Sacramento, is one of 45
field offices of the National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS). NASS,
headquartered in Washington, D.C. is an agency of the U.S. Department of
Agriculture (USDA). The agency's primary responsibility is to prepare
official estimates of agriculture for the nation and for each state. NASS
has field offices located in each state with the exception of all New
England states are serviced by New Hampshire.
